⏱️ ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.

• Processing Time: Order processing takes 3–5 business days before shipment (we ensure we carefully choose the best seeds for you). Please add this processing time to your estimated shipping time below.

Note: Your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect, such as: inaccurate or incomplete payment, incorrect address information, and insufficient product measurements. We are not responsible for any errors that result in unsuccessful delivery of the order. However, if you encounter such an issue, please contact us via email at support, and we will assist you.

Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

*** At the moment, all Greenseeds247's products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities. Please allow time for our shipping partner to process and deliver your order(s) to you, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country.

For items shipped from our overseas supplier, there is typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package is processed at the warehouse to when it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2 to 7 days on average, though it can take up to 8 to 12 days in some cases.

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 75 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

🌍 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (CUSTOMS & DUTIES)

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 6 – 8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

🚫 WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we may offer an exchange or refund, subject to our terms and conditions.

Greenseeds247 will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and:

• The customer refuses to accept the package
• Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
