*** At the moment, all Greenseeds247's products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities. Please allow time for our shipping partner to process and deliver your order(s) to you, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs take, which can vary from country to country.

For items shipped from our overseas supplier, there is typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package is processed at the warehouse to when it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2 to 7 days on average, though it can take up to 8 to 12 days in some cases.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 6 – 8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we may offer an exchange or refund, subject to our terms and conditions.

If the order arrives in your country and:

• The customer refuses to accept the package
• Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
